Why choose me as a mentor?

I am a Costa-shortlisted novelist, an experienced mentor and creative writing tutor. I teach creative writing at Birkbeck University in London and have previous teaching experience at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. I have a background in historical research and a particular interest in historical fiction.
